		<description>Thank you Jason this is good information. I also discovered that Aloe Vera is a great anti-inflammatory. I tried it once on someone who had sprained his back. I used the gel from the leaf and heated it 10 secs in the microwave and rubbed it on his back until it went all in. It takes a bit of time but works wonders.

If you have an Aloe Vera plant, cut 1 leaf and peel it, leaving only the gel part. Combine it in a blender with the juice of one lemon and 1 tbsp virgin coconut oil. Blend them all very well and store in the refrigerator. Please note that since it's a 100% natural lotion, it will not last too long. Use it within a few days. 

Coconut oil in high in saturated fats and is amazing for restoring the skin. Aloe Vera as well and Lemon is rich in vitamin C and antioxidants. I personally dont use another lotion for my face.</description>
